Spark Detection Control Consoles
Our spark detection control consoles have amodular design, they are constructed from standard components for the special requirements of the system needed.
Depending on the local requirement the system includes:
- spark detection
- spark detection and extraction
- spark detection and extinguishment (normal case)
The control consules can be programmed individually at site
Example: in a hammermill quite often glimmnester are conveyed in the product stream, it might become dangerous upon concentration. This quantification can be adjusted individually per sensor line. Also alarm levels as well as their functions and consequences can be adjusted.
Extinguishment: also here the necessary parameter can be set. The controle consoles have an internal logbook where all events (also the functioning parameter) can be memorized. So every event is recorded completely.
Control consules are available from small systems with one sensorline (2 sensors), open-ended.
All control consules are equipped with an internal emergency power supply.
Ein internal testprogramme supervises automatically all connected components such as:
- the control consule itself
- all sensors
- all water valves and further extinguishment units
- linetest
